I have been playing the pipes over forty years. In 1960 I joined the United States Air Force Pipe Band in Washington, D.C. and toured the world, representing the United States.
In 1961 I was chosen to be a Whitehouse piper for John F. Kennedy, and in 1963 I played with the Air Force Pipe Band at the President's graveside.

Upon leaving the military, I returned to Glen Falls, where I taught English for thirty years. During this time, I was Pipe Major of the Adirondack Pipes and Drums of Glens Falls, as well as the Galloway Pipe Band.
Currently I perform the bagpipes at weddings, funerals, gatherings and ceremonies throughout Eastern New York and Vermont.
I have several uniforms, including a French and Indian War reproduction of the famed 42nd Black Watch.
In addition I give talks on the role of the highlanders during the French and Indian and Revolutionary Wars.

Many of my performances are located near beautiful Lake George, NY. Pictured above are views of the lake and of Fort William Henry. In addition, I will travel most anywhere in Eastern NY and Vermont, and I am available 24/7, year round.
During the summer months, I perform at hotels and motels on the lake. I pipe for everything from barbeques to marshmallow roasts. Pictured here are some of my weekly performances at The Sagamore Hotel.
